Managing Director:
Simon Collett
Being in the building industry since leaving school, Simon owned his own business which is now Jennian Homes Nelson Bays. Now currently building approximately 80 homes a year, 90% of Jennian Homes Nelson Bays work comes from repeat and referral business.
 
Sales Manager:
Hugh Askin
Hugh is the Sales Manager for Jennian Homes Nelson Bays and Marlborough.  Hugh has been involved with the building industry for 34 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.  Hugh is a qualified architectural draughtsman (NZCAD) with experience in sales and as a home consultant.

New Home Consultants:
Scott Mackay
A home consultant for Nelson / Tasman, Scott has been involved in the building and home industry for 17 years, initially training as a qualified architectural draughtsperson (NZCAD) and working as the sole designer for two companies before spending three years in real estate.

Annie Telford
A home consultant for the Golden Bay and Motueka areas, Annie has seven years consulting experience in the building industry. Annie loves the different elements of her role and enjoys working with people.

Julia Kelly
A new home consultant for the Nelson/Tasman area, Julia’s been involved in the building industry as an Interior Designer for almost 20 years both in her native UK and in NZ since her arrival in 2003.  She has also recently completed her real estate papers.
