Simon Collett
Being in the building industry since leaving school, Simon owned his own business which is now Jennian Homes Nelson Bays. Now currently building approximately 100 homes a year, 90% of Jennian Homes Nelson Bays work comes from repeat and referral business.
 
Sales Manager:
Hugh Askin
Hugh is the Sales Manager for Jennian Homes Nelson Bays and Marlborough.  Hugh has been involved with the building industry for 33 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.  Hugh is a qualified architectural draughtsman (NZCAD) with experience in sales and as a home consultant.

New Home Consultants:
Scott Mackay
A home consultant for Nelson / Tasman, Scott has been involved in the building and home industry for 17 years, initially training as a qualified architectural draughtsperson (NZCAD) and working as the sole designer for two companies before spending three years in real estate.

James Simcock
A home consultant for the Nelson / Tasman region, James has an architectural draughting and quantity surveying background, enabling him to offer design advise and ideas.  He has also been through the new home build process personally, therefore understands many of the requirements you have at each stage.

Peter Marr
Peter is a New Home Consultant for the Nelson/ Tasman region. Peter was born and bred here in Nelson and enjoys the Nelson lifestyle and attractions it has to offer. In the last couple of years Peter has been dealing with a number of builders and building related trades and has found it very satisfying. Peter also finds that not a day goes by when he hasn't found something new to learn or share. Building a house can be a life changing experience, one which when handled correctly can be very satisfying and one of Peter's goals is to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Peter builds and understands relationships with all his clients that last a lifetime by using the knowledge he has built up in the industry to follow through with great results. 

Annie Telford
A home consultant for the Golden Bay and Motueka areas, Annie has seven years consulting experience in the building industry. Annie loves the different elements of her role and enjoys working with people.
