The pride and passion Nelson Bays franchisee Simon Collett and his team bring to their work has been recognised in this year’s regional business awards, where they scooped the prized award for service excellence.
The annual awards, now in their 23rd year, provide a great opportunity for businesses to benchmark themselves, raise their profile and celebrate success.
The judges commented: “This business is successful on every level and has continued through the recession while competitors have faltered.”
“The difference that excellent customer service makes to the viability of a business cannot be underestimated,” says local Chamber of Commerce chief exec Dot Kettle. “Your success is a tribute to your support of, and commitment to, business vitality in our region.”
Congratulating this year’s participants, she said the standard of entries had impressed and inspired the judges. “Your passion for your business, for your region, and for what we can achieve was uplifting.”
