Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTION DETAILS:

a. Sign an unconditional contract to build the Jennian Homes Byron house design between 01 March 2010 and 30 June 2010 and receive a Hyundai i30 1.6L auto free.

b. The Contract Price is $269,000.00 including GST.

2. HOUSE DETAILS:

a. The promotional house is the Jennian Homes Byron design including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Attic Storage and Triple Garaging.

b. The Byron design floor area includes: Living area 170.77m2, Garage area 62.58 m2, Attic storage 15.44m2. Total area = 248.79m2 calculated over brick.

c. No changes to the design or specifications of the house are permitted.

d. Full Specifications are available from your local Jennian Homes office.

3. CONTRACT:

a. The Byron design house will be built under the Terms and Conditions and Staged Payments of the standard Jennian Homes Residential Building Contract developed in conjunction with the Registered Master Builders Federation (RMBF). A copy of the contract is available from your local Jennian Homes office.

b. Exclusions: The following items are not included in the contract price.

     i. Building Consent fees and Resource Consent fees (if applicable)

     ii. Excavation. (Site to be presented flat with a clear building platform)

     iii. Electricity, water and telephone connections. (Owner to provide services to the Building Platform).

     iv. Drainage

     v. Drapes

c. The promotional pricing is applicable to Jennian Byron design houses built within a 20km radius of the nearest Jennian Homes franchise office.  For builds outside of this area, additional charges may apply. 

4. VEHICLE:

a. The vehicle supplied is a Hyundai i30 1.6L auto

b. The Hyundai i30 1.6L auto will be available following receipt of the full and final staged payment of the Residential Building Contract as detailed in 3.a above.

c. Supply of the Hyundai i30 1.6L auto does not include On Road Costs (ORC’s).
