New beginnings
It’s been a busy few months for Whangarei-based Brett Yakas, with much to celebrate. In February he became our newest franchisee when he bought Jennian Homes Northland. Now he and wife Jody are eagerly awaiting the imminent arrival of a new brother or sister for four-year-old Peyton.
Brett’s not new to Jennian Homes – he’s managed the Northland franchise for the past two years, gaining valuable local knowledge that’s made for a seamless transition to business owner.
He’s particularly proud that every home the franchise has ever entered into the House of the Year Awards has picked up a prize from the judges.
The award-winning franchise area covers from Lang Cove to Towai and to both beautiful coasts in between. As if that’s not enough, Brett has now taken on stewardship of the Far North franchise too, extending his leadership of the dedicated Jennian Homes team as far up as Cape Reinga, covering Kerikeri, Kawakawa, Paihia, Kaikohe, Hokianga and Doubtless Bay through to Kaitaia.

We also have a great team of tradesmen who are committed to providing the best service to Jennian and you.”
