Style and expertise win over House of the Year judges

Jennian Homes is proud to announce that two of our new homes have been named among the top 100 in the country.

Both our Coromandel and Nelson Bays franchises have been awarded gold reserve status in the finals of the prestigious House of the Year competition.

They will now go on to be judged against the other finalists, and the winners announced at a black tie awards dinner on 27 November.

Great design needn’t cost a king’s ransom, as our Whangamata finalist demonstrates. A design and build project costing less than $250,000, it speaks volumes about the owners and their relaxed beach lifestyle – proving it’s possible to build an understated home that still has that elusive ‘wow’ factor.

Our gorgeous show home in Richmond also wowed the judges. Based on Jennian’s inspirational Fifeshire design, it goes to show that standard can be outstanding.

Other notable Jennian winners in this year’s regional finals include Jennian Homes Southland and Jennian Homes Gisborne, builders of the southern region’s most sustainable home and Gisborne’s supreme home.
