A Fixed Completion Date and a fixed price

When building your new home, your Jennian franchisee will work with you towards an agreed completion date. Plus, if requested, your Jennian franchisee can provide you with a quote that includes all provisional sums (excluding foundations). That way you'll know what your new home will cost before building commences.

100% Home Completion Commitment

In almost 30 years, Jennian Homes franchisees have never failed to complete a home to practical completion and you have a 100% commitment that your home will be completed as defined in your Residential Building Contract. Other builders now feel that they need to make a big deal out of this. We (the Jennian group of franchisees) just do it, as we have done consistently for nearly three decades!

Guarantees

We want you to move into your new home and start enjoying it from day one. So, on top of your 10 year Master Build guarantee, you have the reassurance of additional supplier warranties and guarantees, up to a period of ten years. Each Jennian Homes franchisee also guarantees their workmanship.
